Overall support for Pluto Notebooks

Pluto Notebooks have still these missing/lacking:

• Integration with Pluto notebooks' own frontmatter
• Documentation like Markdown and Julia files
• Unit tests

Is there any reasons this isn't being added to https://github.com/JuliaDocs/Documenter.jl first? It seems putting it there would open up new use cases?

Can you clarify what you mean by adding to Documenter.jl?

Sorry, I meant Literate.jl, but I've found the issue where it was discussed now #120 -- sorry for the noise.

Completed the documentation via #139. I am currently preoccupied and will not able to commit to writing unit-tests anytime soon. I would appreciate if anyone (new contributors?) takes up this task.
