Ran into an issue using FFTW with Julia 1.7 and an M1 Mac mini, @mkborregaard ran into the same problem a day before me. It looks like some variables which are available for a _jll binary in 1.6 are not populated when the same binary is run in 1.7, leading, in the case of FFTW, to a precompilation error.
