[BUG] Cutting of yaxis label with GR in VSCode #3456

The ylabel gets cut from a certain plot size, and the cutting gets worse and worse for lager sizes. If this was only a problem in display I would be okay with it, but it is pretty annoying that I can not save large figures for rapports. This occurs in VSCode when using the backend GR through plots.jl.

It is not specific to VS Code, it also happens when exporting to SVG/HTML from the REPL

Confirmed this is still an issue.
