It would be nice, if a little complex, to offer a highest posterior density function for those looking to do Bayesian analysis with the Distributions package.

The major difficulty with this is that it would likely involve a dependency on Optim.

given the already huge scope of Distributions.jl, this should be developed in a separate package. Closing for now
