define location, scale and shape functions for all relevant univariate distributions #460

Some univariate distributions define location, scale and shape functions (if these are meaningful parameters for that distribution), yet not all relevant distributions do (e.g., LogNormal is missing them). Worth looking at the literature on distributions and defining these for distributions that use them.
