In case of

BinomialTest(0, 2)

I get
ERROR: ArgumentError: Beta: the condition α > zero(α) && β > zero(β) is not satisfied.
Might be in beta.jl

I think this is caused in https://github.com/JuliaStats/Distributions.jl/blob/master/src/univariate/continuous/beta.jl#L36, perhaps file an issue with the Distributions project?
