R functions do not respect support accurately enough #115

I just noticed the following:

julia> binompdf(1, 0.5, 1 + 1e-7)
0.5

whereas tests in Distributions require

julia> binompdf(1, 0.5, nexfloat(1.0))
0.0

Hopefully this can be fixed by #113.

Fixed by #125. #127 adds some tests.
