Can you add a way to customize the hotkeys?

I have been using this app not so verry long but I notice that having these hotkeys is not usefull. I cant type without hearing the sounds when its toggled on.

Can you add a way to make it like Ctrl+Alt+1/2/3/..9/a/b/c/..z ?

3 years later and this still seems to be an issue. I want to use my P and ; keys to activate the sounds because they're further away, but those keys are not given on the default macros. Oh well
