In a given set of output where an individual clone is associated with a set of segmental changes and gene changes, can those changes be automatically propogated to all the daughter cells?

for example, in the above network the root is associate with chr1 deletion. Can I infer that all the daughter clones have the same deletion eventhough the LSA.segmental file doesn't associate that deletion with them?

Thanks,
Ruth
