Radially attaching parts on procedural parts causes them to be slightly angled.

See the small gap in the image towards the top of the part, I am able to replicate with the radially attached part not being procedural. However I cannot replicate it without the core part being procedural. Replicated with a standard RP-1 express install. Small but very annoying issue.

An aditional annoying thing with this is that due to the tiny angle, it's very hard to fix with the rotate tool. No clue what causes it.
