Pages that show a lot of content like Card categories (expansion, core, commander, secret lair, etc.) can really be a pain to scroll through!

We should include buttons that can filter the lower results with "All" being the default. Multiple buttons should be able to be selected at once. Where clicking "All" would deselect the others.
