Error with QuickShop. Everything Resets on Restart. #155

I've run into a issue with QuickShop. Not entirely sure what happens, saw other people report it quite a few times on Spigot aswell though.
Heres the error:

Looks like it says theres errors with the shops and deletes them, however, this happens on ALL restarts we do, dosent matter if we're using a flatfile for storage or a mysql database either.
I see Essentials being mentioned quite a few times too, we're running EssentialsX if that matters.
Latest 1.12.1 version of Spigot is what we run on the server.
QuickShop is the latest build on here too.
