[Improvement] Grid Templates documentation needs an overhaul

Description

Updates are needed for the Grid Templates documentation. A wall of text upon entering the Patterns area here is a bit overwhelming and will likely push developers to reconsider using the Pattern.

Recomendations

• Use imperfect data
• Implement a table of contents, or
• Push up the examples to start immediately and make reference to documentation that jumps to areas below the examples

We should also look into expanding/clarifying which components implement Grid Templates.
