[IMPROVEMENT] Breadcrumbs - progress bar variation consistancy update

Description

The new breadcrumbs are based on the Progress Bar variation. In that variation there's an issue when one option exists vs when multiple options exists as there's a visual difference. Now it needs to looks the same regardless of the number of options
