[Improvement] Sass Docs Site needs documentation improvements

Description

Currently, the Sass Docs site lacks details on how to use each of the variables, functions, mixins, etc. It would be beneficial to detail if possible.

• Usage - show how the various items are used; e.g., border-radius: sage-border(radius);
• Output - show the expected raw output; e.g., border-radius: rem(6px); -> border-radius: .375rem

@monicawheeler I'm suggesting this be in the backlog for now. Likely we could generate some heavy-hitter subtasks to start chunking off some of the most impactful work here.
