Thanks for reaching out!
You may refer the project report for detailed steps. I had added some code snippets with steps in the Appendix section.

To summarise briefly, I had obtained satellite images from Google earth engine, ground truths from Bhuvan, processed them using gdal, converted the data into appropriate format, defined a UNET model and trained them.

The dataset link which I have attached in the README is not valid anymore. Apparently, I cannot share the dataset which I had used.
