Delete kanji_mismatch directory

I propose deleting the kanji_mismatch directory and moving all the files into the kanji directory.

The mismatch directory was surely not intended to be a permanent place for these files but a place where errors caused by merging the old XML and SVG directories would go to eventually be resolved.

This resolution did not happen, and it was over a decade ago.

Whatever issues there are with these files can then be dealt with in a single directory.
