I try to use DITTO, but the columns remain empty. The log says that it can not open the index file.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to opencravat webpage
  2. upload VCF (use HG38)
  3. select DITTO
  4. inspect log file of the job (error is empty)

I expected a result in the table. I do not understand which index file is meant.

Is this running on your own server or on run.opencravat.org ?

Hi,
this is on my own ubuntu server.
Best,

Ok, let me retry the installation process from scratch. I believe there was a server issue when that module was published. It sounds like when you installed it didn't get the pytabix index file.

It might take me a week or two to track down the issue with the module store / installation process. If you want to try a workaround in the meantime, you could download all the data files directly from the store here and extract the files onto your server at {oc-modules-dir}/annotators/ditto/data/.

Thank you for the workaround. I will give it a try!
