TS0601 does not report to be turned off (running_state and position)

Sometimes the TS0601 is getting stuck on reporting heat instead of idle in the running_state and the position gets stuck (observed is '5%', could be different values).

Turning it to auto and back off doesn't change anything. Changing the setpoint does not change anything.

Only setting it to heat as system_mode and wait until position = 100% is reported and setting it to off again does help.

BT is not in use and the values are reported by HA as well as Zigbee2MQTT. So clearly a device bug.

I have one of those and I am in the same position. It looks like its the type that didn't get a firmware Update that supports it.
No idea if it's possible to still get the firmware to report dp:3 status.
