Adjust Calendar Permissions Functionality Broken

Description

When adding or removing access to a user's calendar via Identity Management > Administration > Users > View User > Exchange Settings > Calendar Permissions, the proper folder name isn't sent with the API call. This results in a successful status message and the calendar permissions aren't actually applied.
