Describe the bug

{method="GET", request_name="기본 폴더 리스트 조회", url="https://api.staging.minlife.me/api/folders/basic"}

해당 API의 응답 시간이 늦는 문제를 발견하였습니다.
성능 개선을 해보면 좋을 것 같습니다.

12시간 측정한 그래프 결과(1시간 주기)
가장 위에 있는 하늘색 참고
약 1500ms ~ 2000ms 사이에 위치

일단 원인 분석에 앞서 Trace 링크 걸어두었습니다.
아래는 가장 높은 시간을 기록한 요청의 Trace입니다.
