Web UI "Skill Breakdown" ordering messed up

The skill breakdown on the website appears to have been arranged in some strange way, where calculus shows up before simple algebraic concepts like multiplication. I can only assume this means something is incorrect in the model of newer concepts, or that the list is only sorted by concept id( which it doesn't seem to be, since other advanced concepts are still in the correct positions).
