Why does my 3DS 2020 show "Tatal Error:exception ca" #637

I fllow this
INSTALL_WIN.txt
and when i import .dae file , 3ds2020 say "Tatal Error:exception ca" .
i use "Release_Max2020_static" from
https://github.com/RemiArnaud/OpenCOLLADA/releases
I have another question , Why only use .dle files? What is the use of the other four files?
