@rpavlik suggests this is filed as a feature request. Below is a link to a discussion on the topic of querying native resolution and or fovea supersampling metrics:

An issue (number 1810) has been filed to correspond to this issue in the internal Khronos GitLab (Khronos members only: KHR:openxr/openxr#1810 ), to facilitate working group processes.

This GitHub issue will continue to be the main site of discussion.
