About fastboot commands

Can we use fastboot commands using this app, to unlock bootloader of a device, flashing custom recoveries etc.

Trying to use the command 'adb' just doesn't work for anything but I can still 'cd' 'ls' etc. It's weird because this guy hasn't responded in years and it's still maintained. Just a few months ago it was updated. I use ladb but it's basically the same since android 13 doesn't let us do shit. Own my phone and can't do anything to customize it. How's that for control??!!!!
