libhts is also required for compilation #2

Dear @prashantpandey and @kingsfordgroup,
congratulation for this very nice and promising work. I tried to install VariantStore within a conda environment. It seems that libunwind, libjemalloc and libhts are also required (may be good to add this to the readme!).
If it can help, please find the conda env I created and used under RedHatEnterpriseServer 7.2:

Working in this env, the procedure with the example dataset ended successfully and the graph was created.
