Alt + drag-code-mirror-number in lets you drag for a second

Steps to Reproduce

add the code const myVar = 5
Then hold alt and try to drag the number,
Only works for about a second.

Expected Behavior

Should be draggable

this is fixed as a part of editor stuff but we need a test for it, will add to other list for qa wolf
