As discussed in Kitware/resonanthpc#16, this is a duplicate of itkwidgets.

@thewtex @banesullivan lets meet sometime this week to discuss it further. I will send an invite soon. My quick thoughts is that we need to look at this from multiple perspective - branding, dependencies, BD etc. Also, the name ipyvtk is temporary and we may change it in the future. I am thinking that TJ @thewtex @banesullivan and Jourdain should attend this meeting. Anyone else?
