Do zigbee end devices generate new link keys on every pair?

When I pair a zigbee device again, does this zigbee device generate a new key? I'm not talking about what is mandated in the protocol, my question is mostly directed to what happens in practice with the devices on the market, specially tuya ones. Do they generate new link keys when I re pair them?
