No longer able to pair devices and exhausted troubleshooting options.

SONOFF ZigBee 3.0 USB Dongle Plus, TI CC2652P. Was running fine for about a year, but after a recent move and redeploy of my Homelab it no longer connects to existing devices and I can no longer pair new devices.

I have tried reflashing the device with a newer firmware: zStack3x0 20240710 and followed this guide but no luck.
