I decided to add the target branch in dependabot file.
According to the documentation
When you use this option, the settings for this package manager will no longer affect any pull requests raised for security updates.However, according to conversation in these issue security updates will keep opening.
In addition, lets see how open-pull-requests-limit: 2 will affect to weekly PRs if we put one main directory.
PS we also should add new yml file in mm2 branch, but I decided to update it first in a dev branch.
