[BUG]: User able to bypass custom seed warning

Describe the bug
When entering a custom seed, user is prompted to type "I understand" before wallet is created.
By clicking outside this prompt, user is returned to the wallet creation screen and can continue without needing to type confirmation.

Expected behavior
Option 1: the prompt can only be exited by using the confirm or cancel buttons
Option 2: If clicking outside the prompt without entering the confirmation text, checkbox for custom seed is cleared.
