Currently Kompute has utilities to work with shaders more efficiently, one of the more useful ones for productionisation is the CLI for converting shaders particularily from raw text format into spirv and then into C++ (or C) header files, which can then be added into the resulting binary, avoiding shipping the shaders as separate files.
