Telemetry data allows verifying that KIC instance is run as a library

When running KIC as a library, we'd like to make it possible to distinguish such instances in telemetry data. It can be done by either adding a data point to the report (e.g. run_as_library: true) or modifying the version string (e.g. adding a suffix -as-lib).

• Telemetry data allows distinguishing KIC instances run from the library code from the ones run as a standalone process
