The purpose of this issue is to seek functionality that will automagically create a namespace for any define test and clean up after itself when the test completes.

Acceptance Criteria:

  • tests can request temporary namespaces with a simple function call
  • tests can cleanup temporary namespaces based on identifiers from the original creators
