Description

Failed to get swap quote with hydration

Steps to reproduce

Reload extension to connect to Hydration with RPC interrupt
Go to Swap screen to get quote (error)
Change connectable provider
Go to Swap screen to get quote (error)

Reason

When initializing swap handler, init SDK and SDK requires api promise. If api promise has problem, SDK will not work well

Solution

Remove step init SDK on init swap handler, create new SDK on use
