[New Filter] User data Inconsistency check

As AniList doesn't necessarily notify users over every single data change on things users have on their lists, people sometimes stumble upon Media they've completed but their episode/chapter/volume count doesn't match with what the Media supposedly has (example: data mods increased chapter count because "0.5" chapters were added to the count after completion).

Also people might accidently set their media start date after the completion date.

The plan is to add another checkbox filter for BetterList which instructs the API to filter media where aforementioned inconsistencies exist. For obvious reasons this implies a hard filter on things that are actually marked as completed by the user.
