Bedrock emotes support through Geyser

Emote forwarding from Bedrock clients is possible using a custom extension: KosmX/geyser-emote-extension.

Limitations

BE uses encryption as content copy-protection, copying bedrock emotes to java is impossible.
Also, bedrock can not accept custom emotes at runtime, we have to work with the existing ones.
