Crear el administrador de categorias. Debe permitir crear categorias y subcategorias.
Asignar el articulo en una categoría
Poder ser accedido de la forma:

http://server/categoria/articulo => http://blog.miwebdos.com/cine/nuevo-trailer-avatar-2

y si entras a: http://server/categoria/ lista los articulos paginados de ese categoria

Ej: http://blog.miwebdos.com/cine/ Lista todos los articulos de la categoria cine

Cada artículo pertenece a una categoria y cada categoría puede tener cero o muchos artículos
