Add Conversation directly to Pyrogram

Description

It would be nice if Kurigram (Pyrogram) had a built-in conversation handler, something like https://github.com/Ripeey/Conversation-Pyrogram. The issue with this library is that (besides being unmaintained although it is not hard to understand what the code does) it is not type safe (it can't be obviously) and it uses Pyrogram, thus if a user decides to download this library before this fork, when coding they will be using an old version of Pyrogram. Creating a fork is not hard but I think having it already implemented would be much more helpful to developers.
