Files don't auto-refresh from disc after Goose does something

When the Goose terminal is done doing something IJ should refresh the open files to see if there's any changes on disk to pick up. Also, I'm not sure when IJ saves, but all editor changes should be written to disk before Goose starts processing since it is reading directly from disk.
