Implement Opt-in Telemetry

Improvement Idea:

I was thinking about analytics for this project, and on one hand I kind of hate the idea of tracking people automatically, it might be nice to have a small opt-in pop-up. A lot of websites have these, but they're obnoxiously long and complicated. What if we just had a small box in the corner of the screen that says yes/no, and it doesn't block the whole page so they can just ignore it if they want to.

Another cool strategy might be to only prompt for analytics on their second visit so it doesn't annoy people before they get a chance to like the site. By making people feel like we're respecting their privacy we could make them more comfortable sharing that information with us
