How to get monitor ID

Sorry for the stupid question, but as a new user I can't find out how to find my monitors IDs to use for "display_index_preferences".
I've been looking through discussions but apparently no one has had this problem before; sorry if I somehow missed a post that resolved this issue.
Can someone help please?

@caterpieASMR You can see the list of monitors by executing the komorebic monitor-information command.
In this list, the first item has the index 0, the second has the index 1, and so on.
