Copyright and licenses, condition of use

Software TENSOR TOOLKIT (c)INRIA 2010, version 1.0.0 hereinafter "the Software".

The Software has been developed by the Asclepios team at INRIA (Institut National de Recherche en Informatique et Automatique).

INRIA, Domaine de Voluceau, Rocquencourt - BP 105 78153 Le Chesnay Cedex, FRANCE

INRIA holds all the ownership rights on the Software. The Software registration with the Agence pour la Protection des Programmes (APP) is in progress.

INRIA freely grants the non-exclusive right to use the Software for RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY. Every user of the Software will communicate to the Asclepios team (pierre.fillard@inria.fr) their remarks as to the use of the Software. Please note that the Software implements the following patent: "Improved device for processing raw images or tensor images", Arsigny V., Pennec X., Fillard P., Ayache N., 2006.04.07, EP1866866, WO2006106242.
