May be a useful thing to add (see https://spack.readthedocs.io/en/latest/command_index.html#spack-concretize)

I figured I leave this as an issue to reduce the scope of the spack environments PR (#96).

TODO:

  • see if spack environment concretizes again after having a different spack.yaml with/ without --force
  • add as command line option
