Pianoroll background scrolling mismatch.

My title is very inaccurate, so I explain it here.

1. Set time signature to non standard value (4/4 is standard).
2. Scroll pianoroll horizontally.
3. Expected: background synchronized with bars.
4. Really happen:

@zonkmachine I fear the shading doesn't take care of the time signature, yet.

Well, no. On standard 4/4 all is correct, but if you set to 3/4 or 5/4 or some other unstandard "time sig" you should have glitches.
