When a track is resized, items in the UI become vertically misaligned. (my bad, I'm learning english)

Actual behavior

Expected behavior

I have two ideas:

Align in the middle

Untitledcenter

Align in the top

Untitledtop

Pull request #7114 fixes the problem by keeping the elements at the top.
