[FEATURE] Add slimeworldmanager support for loading worlds #74

Add support for slime worlds (see InfernalSuite/AdvancedSlimePaper, cijaaimee/Slime-World-Manager)

This is useful to load worlds from a database (modified on another server, changes automatically apply)
