Challenge 3, long_short, Illumina + ONT dRNA submission

Dear Mark,

Validation seems to fail for Mouse dRNA ONT + cDNA Illumina (long_short) submission.

When a single Mouse ES sample is provided in the entry.json, the following message is reported:
caused by: entry must use all of the available samples for Challenge 3 (iso_detect_de_novo), need 'ES, blood', only 'ES' were found

while adding 'blood' sample raises the opposite issue:
caused by: entry 'iso_detect_de_novo_spbu_long_short_drna_ont field 'samples' must be the 'samples' values from all experiments, found 'ES, blood', expected 'ES'

Ended up adding a dummy manatee sample to pass the validation :)
