The plan for this project - comments welcome!

The idea is to create a basic Jekyll theme for a website that could suit the needs of the ISSC, and of any other Rubin Federation SC who would want to adopt our model.

For this, my idea is the following:

• Assume that the website will be hosted on GitHub pages, with any member of the collaboration able to make a PR.
• Material Design for Bootstrap to be used for the UI kit
• Modify the default SASS of MDB to give it some Rubin flavor
• Package the entire thing as a Jekyll gem theme that we can then use for lsstissc.github.io
• Because everything will be packaged as a Jekyll gem, it will be very easy to apply any updates consistently to the look and feel of websites using this theme.
